Maharashtra Centre for Innovation, Progressive Legislation and Awareness in Water (M-CIPRAW) set up by the Maharashtra Water Resources Regulatory Authority (MWRRA) www.mwrra.org India’s First Regulatory Authority for Water. The main objective of the Authority is to regulate water resources within the State, facilitate and ensure judicious, equitable and sustainable management, allocation and utilization of Water resources, fix the rates for use of water for agriculture, industrial, drinking and other purposes and matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

International Centre for Clean Water (ICCW) is an initiative by Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (IITM) started in 2018, located in IITM Research Park, Chennai, India. A bridge between industry and academia, ICCW is a network of eminent water professionals; it considers being the first of its kind and has been established with the objective of creating water professionals for tomorrow.

Prof Hadas Mamane

Head of Environmental Engineering, University of Tel Aviv, is a leading laboratory in the world doing cutting edge research in water and waste water technologies. Currently the laboratory is collaborating with Indus Water in a research project and intend to engage on a long term basis.

Govardhan EcoVillage

A UN awarded eco-friendly village is the ground level testing site for new technologies . Govardhan EcoVillage and Indus is setting up a Centre of Excellence for Water and Waste Water with the ultimate vision of setting up a Water University in India particularly for development of Water Research, Education, Training an Innovation Centre / Living lab.

Auroville Foundation

The Auroville Foundation Act was enacted by the Parliament of India in 1988. The office of the Auroville Foundation at Auroville, Tamil Nadu has been functioning under the administrative control of Ministry of Human Resource Development as a statutory (autonomous) body corporate, Govt. of India. Auroville has offered to Indus its technologies developed in the water and waste water sector and are jointly undertaking various project.
